Another no start thread
 

I have a 03 duramax with higher miles, the injectors have been changed in the last month /1000 mi. and the fuel filter is new. The truck is all stock , and all GM parts(inclucing the fuel filter). It ran great , until Monday . I pulled out on the road , accelerated, and within a mile , it just died. It has never been hard to start, or ever given me any issue. There are no codes , and when you try to start it , it makes no attempt. It will crank all day , but won't fire a bit. I have disconnected the glow system , and sprayed a small amout of either in it , and it will fire. There are no fuel system leaks , and if I pump the primer it will spray fuel out of the vent plug. It seems as though I have no fuel pressure from the CP3. Can a cp3 just fail that quick? Ideas?

Ok , I was in the process of removing the wiring to get to the cp3 , and found a wire bare in the harness to the contoller . Repaired the wire , truck started right up! Just thought i would post the result , incase anyone else gets this issue.
