Default can't roll coal anymore

I have an 04 duramax, with and edge cts programmed up to level 6 aem cold air intake and factory exhaust with muffler removed. my issue: before 2 weeks ago i would turn my programmer up to 6 hit the thorttle and nice cloud of black smoke would roll. I get nothing now, the truck doenst seem to hvae to power that it did. Don't get me wrong it still runs good but not like before. the only hing i did different was i accidentally hit the edge programmer "return to factory setting" and put the winter front on any suggestions

I called Edge and the had me update it and they keep saying that I would be able to reprogram the level 6 option code but i cant find the prompt for it...and of course i called a 3pm Friday so i have to wait till Monday to call them

so any suggestion would be great

I have had lots of problems with my edge now since its out of warranty they want 150 to fix what ever is wrong with it. Its doing the same thing as yours but when i bypass all backdowns it works fine. Try doing that and bypass all your backdowns and see if it gives you your power levels back. I have the juice with additude and i press enter twice quickly and it brings up the backdown screen then u just choose how long u want to do it for. I would assume the cts would be the same but i am not for sure.
