frontend shimmy when braking

I have a 2002 3500 silverado going down the road when you step on the brakes the frontend starts to shimmy . I have replaced the upper A arms, idler arm and bracket, front brakes but havent turned the rotors . Evrything seems to have no playbut still shimmys . Any ideas? I am going to pull the rotors back off and have them turned to see if that will help.

the rotors are probably warped, same issue with my truck, you're probably better to replace the rotors and pads with new ones, there are tiny cracks in my rotors and they seem to get worse when they get hot, having them machined probably wont permanently fix the issue

thanks alot we took the rotors off and could see a hotspot on one so will replace all of them
