Well everone it's fixed and runs like a race truck!!!! After all the troubleshooting, regulator , FPRV, fuel line hoses and filter and everything else we could think of, IT WAS THE CP3 PUMP AND IT took me 5 hours to do it. Thanks guys for all your help.

sweet! this thread has been answering some of my problems also. And it looks like 2500 HD was hittin the nail on the head the whole time. And prolly right about mine. good job guys
