Well everone it's fixed and runs like a race truck!!!! After all the troubleshooting, regulator , FPRV, fuel line hoses and filter and everything else we could think of, IT WAS THE CP3 PUMP AND IT took me 5 hours to do it. Thanks guys for all your help.

sweet! this thread has been answering some of my problems also.:c: And it looks like 2500 HD was hittin the nail on the head the whole time. And prolly right about mine. good job guys
