i also replaced my powersteering pump, cleaned and shined my intercooler, tubes and boots. Cleaned the RAD and most of the plastic trim that i removed to get to the son of a gun. changed my oil and flushed my powersteering fluid. i think im done untill i get some real tools. I took some pics maybe i could do a po-mans write up with out powertools |
keep in mind it is a left handed thread. you don't have to replace the water pump just the o-rings the work is the same but the parts are a lot cheaper

2500Heavy Duty, how hard was this to tackle? I need to replace the water pump on my 3500 this weekend. Got any tips? Much appreciated! |
