I quit the job because they cut my pay from near $8 to $6.So I gave up as I can't afford that truck anymore.

BLACK_06POWERSTROKE 06-18-2008 11:45 AM

why did they cut your money???

DuramaxBen 06-18-2008 12:34 PM

They cut my pay due to the fact they were losing money so they cut salaries.

Woody35 06-18-2008 12:55 PM

that sucks. hope you get a new job

DuramaxBen 06-18-2008 08:31 PM

whats wrong with them they are just trying to improve our diesel knowledge and help people. i know i have a learned a lot from them. just to clear it up every Brand of New Truck ,new tractor , new car ,new whatever they all have there upsides and downsides.if one didn't compare that model would not sell. there preety much equal when compared Stock to stock

i live in the suburbs and i hate it. when i get the chance to go to my grandpa's farm i jump on the chance because its peaceful and i get to acually work like hard labor. not the sit behind a desk work all day

DuramaxBen 06-19-2008 09:04 PM

It's simply just a small fued going on between me and the Blowin Smoke Gang that I thought on this site I could get away from. However problems always seem to find me sooner or later.See You can't judge me by my posts. Why is the BSG moderating my posts? They have absolutely no right to be moderating my posts.Let me tell you this you guys aren't moderators of this site so Back off and Leave me alone.Don't start a fight you're not willing to finish.I tried putting DP behind me but you guys are bringing it to this site.

Wow, I feel just like I'm in second grade. "They made fun of me, so I left the playground and went to another. But they followed me."

"Let's follow this guy and sand his balls the whole time"

Why don't ya'll just grow the eff up. This accomplishes nothing.

DuramaxBen 06-20-2008 09:04 AM

You do have a point.

Woody35 06-20-2008 10:29 AM

thank you someone said that

DuramaxBen 06-20-2008 12:01 PM

Yeah while the Blowin Smoke Gang has nothing better to do than stalk me.I am actually getting stuff done and helping with tractor information as best as I can.

riegej23 07-05-2009 10:36 AM

I have a six seed manual and love it. I have a 20ft car hauler and pulls with ease. however at 130k I have to replace a clutch actuator cylinder, and want to make sure that the six speed is actually called a ZF-S6-650, I think that is correct but want to be sure before ordering from gm parts direct.
ps I consistently get over 18 mpg with the manual trans, 19 over the road, not hauling

SparkZ03DMAX 07-15-2009 03:02 PM

look at it this way, if anything goes wrong wit the tranny, a manual is cheaper to fix, the allison is a bastard to fix and is expensive. I have the Ally, right now its in the tranny shop. I wish i had a manual, its jus wat i prefer, but i got such a good deal on my dmax i couldnt pass it up. i have nothin against the ally, but u cant beat a manual tranny:yeah:

DuramaxBen 07-22-2009 10:49 PM

You've got that right.I like manual transmissions a little better with the exception of in town driving all that damn downshifting lousy cops like to give tickets.:booo:
