02 LB7 Replaced CP3, FICM, Crank Sensor, Fuel Pressure 6000psi, still won't start

Hello,

I bought an 02 Silverado LB7, replaced CP3, FICM, Crank Sensor, even using Starting Fluid it will no fire. Please Help?

Okay, we have been told to check the cam gear key, it might have sheared.
