Question Suddenly Pouring white smoke and rattle HELP

I have a 2004 Duramax LB7 with 140k on the clock. Truck ran perfect. Its a one owner regency edition and doesn't look tore up. From what I can see it has a Edge Juice with attitude with monitor on the dash. All of a sudden one night I go to pull into my driveway and the truck speeds up (accelerates full blast on its own) so I turned the ignition off to avoid hitting my house. When I recranked the truck it started pouring out white smoke, smells like fuel. Doesn't idle to bad but when you give it the gas it sounds like some clanking/knocking going on. I brought it to a friend of mine to have it scanned with a fancy snap on machine (bear in mind that he is a transmission mechanic and not a diesel mechanic) he said all he saw was a speed sensor code and that he is pretty sure the problem is the turbo. I went to pick it up from him and now it doesn't even crank and it has a mess of oil that sprayed out the exhaust upon him testing it i assume. Any thoughts? Turbo? Or is it a lot worse than that? A side note It does not have any blow by and all fluids are good. Help please!

INJECTOR FAILURE!!! INJECTOR FAILURE!!! INJECTOR FAILURE!!! INJECTOR FAILURE!!!

If you continue to run this engine it will hose down a cylinder with raw fuel and self-destruct!!!!

You've got an edge see what your main fuel rate is. The. Get balance rates an do the math for it. I'll look it up can't member off my head will give you a btr idea then, oh my injectors are bad just because I have an lb7. Yea it's an lb7 but not always the case. My buddy had broken bodies in his lb7 bad enough to get into the oil. No smoke either, so I would do that see what main fuel rate is an post that up with balance rates.

sounds like your at least on of your injector bodies has cracked and is dumping fuel into the cylinder.

Mine did this on the factory injectors many moons ago - sort of. Was on the highway with cruise on 75 when it happened. Didn't notice any difference in performance, just noticed that it was EATING fuel and then saw my oil press down at next to nuthin'. Pulled off and called wrecker. Cracked injector had filled the crankcase with diesel and it had been spewing from the blow-by tube for who knows how many miles. Supposedly they fixed that problem with the injectors - only factory ones do it. That particular symptom has never happened again and I now have 363k miles and on my 5th set of injectors.
