Hey guys im new in this forum and i am looking as to what is the best tune or program so that i can get a better mpg my truck is all stock except for one size bigger tires. :tu:

Personally I run my 01 with my edge juice with attitude. I get between 17 and 20 keeping it on setting 3 but I'm upgrading g to EFI live soon.
