Ally 5spd Shifting problems brand new trans

To start i am running an eastcoast converter with a suncoast stage5 trans, Billet input shaft, suncoast pump regulator spring (no shim). Max trans line pressure 290psi when power-braking, 200 at idle in park, when put into gear from park pressure drops from 200 to 190 and up to 210. Trans temp 150-190. When putting in R or OD goes in aggressively. shifting from 1-2 smooth, 2-3 revs out of gear then slams into 3rd chirping tires, 3-4 has klunky shift, 4-5 smooth. Down shifting 5-4 smooth, 4-3 will lock up tires for a quick second, 3-2 almost locks up, 2-1 downshifts after truck has stopped 0mph. 0 to 80 WOT trans shifts smooth as glass. Driving like pap's 10% throttle shifts smooth exept for down shifts. Valve body solinoids are all brand new from allison. probed All trans and transfer-case wiring found no issue there replace TCM. I am getting five codes PCM P0089, SRS U1000, PCM P0522, PCM P0530, PCM U1026. The two U codes are believing me to think I may have bad module, shorted wire, bad ground. I do have access to a TECH II only on weekends but not sure what to look for once i have the scanner hooked up. Running out of ideas hope some can help me out Thanks.
