2002 LB7 Duramax
 

Okay so i have been having fuel pressure problems for about a year but it never got bad enough for me to spend the money to fix it. Now that i have a little money i have been trying to figure out whats wrong. I know its not my injectors because they are new and it never has any problems starting or anything. One time the check engine light came on and i think it went into limp mode maybe? I took it to o'reileys and got it checked, the code said low fuel real pressure, the next day the code went off and its never showed anything since. Could it be the fuel regulator? Or i read something about some kind of sensor? Im only 18 i dont know much about the fuel system, any help would be appreciated.

Also it has power until about 3000 rpm, then it will start bogging down but if you let out of the throttle some it will speed back up. I really need to know what is wrong because I really want to get it fixed so I can show my buddy that his cummins is extremely slow.

Could it be the mass airflow sensor? Someone told me to put the stock air filter back on it but It has an AFE intake. So I don't even have th stock filter.

It also runs a bit better when there's moisture in the air
