Changed Injectors ... White smoke from exhaust

I recently changed my injectors on my 2004 duramax. A cup/sleeve pulled out. I got anti freeze in the cylinder head. I reinstalled the cup and started it. It started knocking and smoke out of the oil fill. I removed the cup and sealed it with lock tight. It started fine and ran for about ten minutes and no knocking what so ever. But, now a ton of white smoke is coming out of the exhaust. What could be causing this??????

Just talked with a guy. He said to let it run and get good and warmed up. I let it run another 20 minutes, and the smoke cleared up. I took it out and drove it, and no smoke at all. I guess it was just residual and it needed to be ran for a longer period of time to get the fluid burned out........

Hi there . Just changing my injectors as we speak. Need a bit if advice. I've removed the bolt that hold the plate which holds the injector. This is where I'm confused. Is this plate supposed to slide out of the way. I've tried gently pulling , sliding and mos everything else and it seems to want to remain where it is which makes me think that it must lift up when you pry up the injector. Is this correct ?? Exactly where do you pry to lift up the injector or should I get the special lifting tool. Brian
