81 chevy 3/4 4dr 6.2 what's it worth?
 

well I thought the day would never come when I would want to sell my sell my favorite truck.

however with my recent purchase of a 95 3500hd with a mitsubishi 6D31T,
I am thinking that there is no reason to keep the old truck around any more.
It ran fine until last fall when it had some fuel related issues, and I have not had the time to get it going again.

It is a 3+3 cab long box with a 4sp trans.
I put all new brakes on it including new wheel cylinders and front rotors.it has the best brakes that I have ever seen on a truck. (it has hydro boost)
other than that it is as plain jane as they come. I think that the glow plugs and the controller are toast, which may be part of the no start condition.

body is not in bad condition, box is pretty solid as well.
used this truck for pulling a big 5th wheel camper, and occasionally my 18 foot trailer with my skidsteer on board. I weighed the whole rig once with trlr and skidsteer hooked to truck
and was suprised to find the whole rig was 18500#
the truck did an ok job of towing it.
I always swore that they would have to bury me in my truck, but it seems as though I will out live the old girl.

can anyone tell me what this old truck might be worth?
I think it has less than a hundred thousand miles on it, but can't be sure, as it came with no title.
