Whats The Heaviest Thing You've Towed With A 6.2?

I have to move my Jeep J-20 3/4 ton pickup soon and was wondering if you think it being on a 7000# solid wood deck car trailer would be pushing the towing power of a 6.2? I am not sure how much the trailer or Jeep. Jeep truck is probably 4500, trailer 1750, It will probably be close to 6500 pounds to be towed.
What do you think?

i don't think it sould be a problem.

Wont be a problem brother. We haul 40ft goose necks loaded with round bails and loaders around the ranch with ours no problem. Just wont do it very fast. :madd:

Ive got a 6.2 2wd 3 speed 1 ton dump that I haul gravel/mulch/dirt/sand with and it does OK but It cant get out of its own way when loaded down:argh: Id buy a 6.5 over a 6.2 BUT if your going to spend money get a cummins and be happy!:U:

A 36 foot gooseneck with 15,000 pounds of cattle, I set the cruise, and had to get out an walk around it every now and then to stretch. Got going down a hill once, and almost didn't get back in, it started to go so fast.

I moved the Jeep on the trailer. truck was way slow to get up speed on the hiway, going up a small 2 mile grade, it never got to 55 until the hill crested. Hopefully my brother will buy the 6.0 PSD F250 he is looking at and I won't have to tow anything heavy with the 6.2 again.

I can't tell you what I was towing. But I was way over wieght. This was back when I was in the corps. I had an A-1 Hummvee that was 21/4 ton rated truck. I had no problem pulling what I pulled with the Hummvee. The trailer probablly grossed wiegh about 50,000.
