1995 6.5TD misses

I have a 1995 6.5TD. HAd a bunch of problem with it and got everything straight. But no it feels like it misses sometimes. Just started it. It idles and starts fine and runs good beside if im climbing a hill or if i get on the high way and punch it to the floor. It runs smooth and good up to 2500 rpms then it will get a real bad miss like it is going to shut off. Let off the fuel and it clears right up. It doesnt seem to do it all the time. I have a new IP,PMD,ECM. Checked and cleaned all the ground. Pmd is moved to the front bumper. What to do next?

Here goes JASONDUKES; I believe we are having the same predicament or at least the same symptoms. Here's everything I'd done in the last 2wks-10 months; but not all trying to chase down this problem. The 2000rpm powerloss only occured in the last 2 weeks after installing the new glow plugs and marine injectors

Truck Mods- PMD Relocated w/#9 resistor, No CAT, 4" Exhaust, New 3"-4" downpipe, QuickHeat Glow plugs, MARINE INJECTORS, '93 HD2500 LIFT PUMP(higher pressure)

Recent repairs- New in taink strainer, new fuel filter strainer, new wastegate solenoid, new fule filter, Lift Pump(2xs), fuel pump relay, fuel sending unit(old one rusted bad) , new OPS(2wks ago),

Step (A): per SSDIESEL TECH

1) Ran jumpers from LP direct to BATT.; rear axle sitting on jack stands

2) Cranked truck and let idle for 10 min to get warm

3) Operating Temp up to 180deg, engaged "Drive" and accelerated to 2000rpm @ 50mph again

4) Trans shifted up and tach immediately jumped to 2500rpm (without hesitation or stumble) @ 70mph.

5) Increased wheel speed to 75mph @ 3000rpm; NO NOTICEABLE HESITATIONS, STUMBLING, or POWER LOSS

6) Shut truck down.

Step (B):

1) Loosened fuel filter housing to gain access to OPS.

2) Removed OPS 10" harness and checked CONTINUITY- ALL 3 WIRES GOOD

3) Ran jumper from "ORANGE"(HOT) OPS harness to LP, leaving jumpered GROUND to the BATT.

4) Cranked truck and brought up to OPER TEMP (180deg) again and proceeded to engage "DRIVE" and accelerated up to 2000rpm

5) Observed once more NO NOTICEABLE HESITATIONS, STUMBLES, STALLS or POWER LOSS throughout entire OPER RANGE, specifically 50mph@2000rpm - 75mph@3000rpm

6) Shut truck down; trucked allowed to COOL DOWN

Step (C):

1) I reconnected all harnesses and removed all jumpers to put electrical system back to NORMAL state.

2) Cranked truck again, burped throttle twice just for repsoniveness check

3) Engaged "Drive" again and accelerated to 2000rpm @ 50mph; it ran fine for about 30 sec until it reached optimum oper temp(180DEG) ; THEN I HAD A VERY NOTICEABLE LOSS OF POWER AND STUMBLING/HESITATION

4) VEHICLE COULD NOT ACCELERATE THROUGH ENTIRE OPER RANGE and proceeded to STALL and DIE OUT.

Step (D):

1) REPEATED "Step (B)" minus step "1".

2) Obtained IDENTICAL RESULTS.

Apprently, the 2wk old OPS is bad. So today I bought another one and reran these steps and NO ISSUES currently. But I am running a backup straightwired system to prevent me from being stranded on the highway.

Is it all the time or sometimes that it does this, check your pmd. Mine took a shit on me today going 60 after truck was missing a bit and it died on highway. New PND is only 4 months old. Lucky for me it was a ftermarket tht was relocated and I plugged into the stock PMD and got home just fine.
