Harmonic balancer pulley shot?

So about a week or so ago i took out my vac pump and put a shorter belt on it, one inch shorter then what they said stock was, worked fine. and the tensioner didnt tension fulley which i figured was due too the new belt, i also felt my pulley and noticed there was play in it. not so much side to side but if you wiggled it front and back like a wobble. since then a few days ago i noticed an extra 6.5 noise only at higher rpm. no differance in driveing. and i noticed the tensioner has set tighter then the tight mark or the proper location mark. i wanna replace the pulley hopefully with a delco but i would also like to know if i should change out the tensioner. Any thoughts?

Seems like you could check your tensioner by putting a breaker bar in it and see how it feels when you pull on it. Your sig says a fluidampner, thought I read somewhere they had a very long warranty.

not the dampener but the pulley has some play in it and cracking, i picked up a dayco replacement tensioner kuz ive heard they can cause the accesories to go bad. it started to zero tighter then the marking. and im waiting for tommorow to get an atp pulley, i heard droman i garbage and im dont really want to wait to get the delco since its probably no better and more expensive then atp
