Odometer not working correctly

My odometer is spinning very slowly, I'd say it spins a tenth of a mile for every mile I drive. Does anyone know if this can be fixed or should I just buy a new instrument cluster. I've heard that the odometer cable might just need to be lubricated. Any info will help. Thanks!

Yes, it is the odometer on my 98. Any suggestions on what I could do to fix it or do I just need to change the instrument cluster? Thanks.
