hmmmm, why would you need a switch for the lockup??? just hooking up a switch to a wire from the trans is no really the best thing to do, the wrong wire and you could blow something up pretty quick.

there is a diagram somehwere but i cant find it. i do agree its dangerous and you can blow your torque converter up pretty quick but if you use degression and use it at the right time you should be fine

i know its the brown wire from the transmission and this is the brown wire from the tranny but it does not seem to lock up the tranny like it does in my dodge it just seems to make it shift faster.

Manual lock up

you need a 3 pole 2 posistion switch. The brown wire from the transmission goes to the ECM,it controls torque converter lock up,cut the brown wire in 2 connect a wire to both ends, run the wires to the switch, connect the wire from the ECM to the bottom terminal of the switch, connect the other wire from the transmission to the center terminal, connect top terminal to a good ground. You are done.In one posistion you will have factor settings,in the other posistion you are making the torque converter to lock up,this set up is only good for slowing you down when towing. This is for 4L80E Transmission.I hope this is helpful
