6.5 turbo won't start
 

Just got a 98 3500 dually with 6.5 turbo .Drove it home ,53 miles. About 20 miles in it stalled out. Almost run the batteries dead and finally it started. Drove the rest of way no problem. Got up Monday morning and it would not start. Pdm is already relocated. Put a new one on just incase.still won't start. Turns over good but won't start
