Trouble shoot won't start

I bought a 6.5 turbo diesel a few months back and still have not got it to fire up. Was told it needed a new turbo and ignition replaced after attempted theft.

I replaced the whole column then turbo. Still no start, I then replaced the glo plug relay, still no start then the pmd, still no start.

I got fuel going to the injector pump but not out. There is no "wts" light that comes on at dash.

I'm not sure where to look next to trouble shoot. Any thoughts????

Fuel to the IP not out may be a PMD and I'm not sure but was the steering column out of another 6.5?

Steering column

The column was out of a gas rig. Is there a difference between them? Wasn't sure if it would be an issue since the harness plugs looked the same.

My concern was the ignition switch but after looking they are the same gas/diesel but with the symptoms it kind of sounds like the switch itself maybe bad this is a common problem with these trucks I don't know if there is a way to test them but if it's not bad it will be bad eventually, another thing if the PMD is still mounted on the IP get a new one and a relocation kit and move it behind the front bumper using the mounts for the license plate and when you can get a spare PMD and keep it in the glove box.
