Are you saying power steering pressure sensor in the back of the PS pump? If so get a PS hose for a 1995 and this will delete that deal all together I have had to do this on a couple trucks in the past.

Sorry if this sounds stupid. Which line do I get. Do I get the line that runs from the gear box to the pump I cant even think of the other line but they are both high pressure lines? Have you heard anything about the bypass kit GM made. It takes the sensor completely off. My first diesel truck so I am new at this. Any other suggestions about what to do or not to do. thanks for your help.

I tried that $100 bypass kit from gm on a truck was told that it was the only way to fix the high pressure line comming out of the pump, on the next truck I had with the same problem I compared to 1995 and found that the hose from the 1995 worked for about $70 less and one less connection to leak.
