Need help 6.5 knocking noise
 

I new to this site I've got a 80 seires landcruiser with a 96 model 6.5 in it it has a knocking noise in it , not all the time only ever so often ( sounds like loud tappet ) I've put new injectors in it but still the same , any help would be good thanks.
