Air in the lines most likely . did you bleed them?

bubbagray62 03-07-2013 11:31 PM

how u do that

Theres a bleeder screw on top of filter housing loosen it up n crank engine till fuel comes spraying out. when did you change the filter? and did you use ac delco lift pump its the only one that will work with your ops. it could be your ops switch but most likely air if it didnt happen before you changed the filter

The easiest way to bleed the air from the fuel lines is to run a wire from a positive terminal on one of your batteries to the G terminal on the ALDL port under the dash fist open the top of fuel filter housing then close it and open the T valve this way is not as hard on the batteries or the starter
