94 6.5 turbo diesel not running
 

Last time I ran it it was shifting funny It would not shift out of second gear came back home check the fluids everything was good next time I tried starting it it wouldn't start I'm getting diesel to the pump but not to the injectors I changed the oil pressure sensor still wouldn't start got a computer from a friend I was getting codes for the pedal positioning sensor so I changed it and still nothing the code says pedal in fault range and pedal position 2 low input ..... any help would be greatly appreciated

Check the grounds at the rear of the intake on passenger side for good clean connections.

Try a known to be working PMD.

Go for simple elimination, plugged fuel cap will starve motor, is there pressure in the fuel tank when you open the cap? any leaks in fuel lines? yup, check all grounds, but what computer are you checking with? I have a '94 and was told you cant use the obd2 diagnostics reader, the 94 is an obd 1, (So Paperclip diagnostics needed) check the TPS, (throttle position sensor)

Thanks for the info grounds are next on the list and no fuel leaks but didn't even think about the fuel cap I'll check that to and the code reader I used said its good for OBD 1&2 .....thanks again
