my tanks almost empty lol so ill keep it that way , whats the part name that i need to get and does napa carry it, and how do i stop the fuel from coming out of the tank

You probably need a fuel sending unit- be aware that the aftermarket sending units have poor quality strainer socks.
I would re use the old sock or remove it completely and use an inline fuel filter pre lift pump.

what is an inline fuel filter pre lift pump and where do i get one, thanks for all your help and sorry for so many questions.

An inline fuel filter is what you would have on your riding lawnmower or snowmobile.
you would need to cut the fuel line and install it between the tank and the frame mounted electric fuel pump.

Oil pressure switch might be bad-it powers the lift pump when the engine runs.
Air leak is still a factor.
