ok last night when i was talking to you i cracked open the tee valve and turned the engine over only to see fuel all over the ground. so today i took off the hose that begins at the tee valve and goes down the front of the block. but at the other end it wasnt connected to anything. where is the hose supposed to connect to? any thoughts?

It is a drain hose that allows it to go on to the ground in order to keep it from going all over the engine compartment

Ok so that means I have fuel to the tee vavle, maybe there is an air lock. What I don't understand tho is how could there be one after I put in the ops

The OPS controls the lift pump and if it wasnt working properly then maybe the injection pump was pulling what fule you had in the line until it ran out you may have to crack each line to each individual injector to bleed them as you crank it over
