A quick how to. You'll need Antifreeze, hose clamps, 1/4 inch plate and a #300067 hose from Advance Auto.

1. drain antifreeze
2. remove alternator, thing that says 6.6 on it, air box and tube
3. unplug wires on the heater and throttle body
4. start unbolting stuff, wire harness, remove the studs holding the air tube on and pull the tube out
5. unbolt the egr valve and block, take the coolent lines off the block
6. cut about 1 inch off the long side of the 300067 hose to make it a U shape and install to replace the line you just took off
7. trace your exhaust gasket on the 1/4" plate and cut out
8. make a blocker plate for were the egr valve hooked to the air tube also
9 bolt the plates on the exhaust and air tube ( don't foreget the gaskets)
10 reinstall everything (tape up the wire form the egr valve)
11 fill with antifreeze
12 turn off all the codes with EFI Live
you're done
about 3 hrs if you have everything (and yes, my 4 yr old little girl was under the hood the whole time. I quit counting after the 32nd question she asked)
