Where Is It Gonna Be Warm At
 

:sos: We wanna get outa Dodge for a few days next week and take a drive. I'm sick a cold weather. So what part of the Continental US is gonna be warm enough to wanna go there next week.

She's off most a next week, other wise I may have just takin ya up on that. My trailer buildin buddy left for out there today. He called last night and said they got a last minute deal on a package and were leavin this morning for a week. So now I got more damn critters to watch.

Dang..it never seems to work out! Im leaving here on the 28th and should arrive in Vegas on the 30th!!

That's almost a month away. We'll be on the next trip by then. I thought I was plannin ahead lookin at next week. We usually decide to go someplace and leave that night.

Last week we had -38 and today was 51*

Luv to come North but I ain't gonna take the chance of gettin snowed in someplace. It is gonna be a Summer trip up through Northern Wyoming, Idaho, Washington and then down through oregon, California and back across to Illinois. This should finish off takin the wife through all the states so she can figure out still where she wants to move off into the sunset to.

I want her to take a good look through the Northern Wyo and Southern Idaho area in particular. But back to Washington wouldn't bother me either.

hey if you can make it down before next saturday you can come to the race track with us and watch the race from the pits.......we will be doing a pit stop next weekend......IF the car isnt destroyed this week at some point like it was last night......

If I was on my own, I'd make the trip just to do this but with a wife with me these would be fightin words for her vacation. I AM NOT A BRAVE MAN BUT I AM WELL TRAINED.:ouch:

actually there is ALOT of stuff around here to do, Homosassas Springs and see the manatees and other wildlife, pretty cool, Old Town near Orlando, Silver Springs where they filmed the original tarzan and creature from the black lagoon movies, Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center......Help me out Phil, im running out of ideas......

We used to come down there all the time. Always stayed in Clearwater and drove across to Orlando for the parks. I hated stayin in Orlando area cause of the expense and clearwater was quiet. Used to live in Sarasota. Florida may end up bein the stop on this trip, I'll have to see what the boss says. We haven't been that way in a while.

it's a balmy 63 out right now, sposed to get into the 80's today.

Don't come to MD, it is 13* outside right now with a wind chill of -2*, it was 55* yesterday, talk about a slap in the face.

You gotta head south to get warmer. Pick your poison. There is plenty of warm areas in the US.

Here lately there's been times when it's warmer in New York then it is in Dallas. Weathers just been to damn screwy anymore to know what's comin and where. For the last few yars every big snow storm we have had here in Illinois came from the South.

Its always warm in Houston. It will be 40* in Dallas and 70* in Houston. There is a huge climate difference between the two cities.
