Sure does. In Central Texas during the summers the fleas get really bad on the ranch. If you place bowls out with a little bit of Dawn dishwashing liquid they will actually jump into the bowl and die. Spraying your lawn and around the house with Diazinon gets rid of every insect and bug you can think of and doesnt harm plant growth. Sulfur works good also.
