bow hunting is hard, bow hunting turkey is even harder, its actually harder to hit stuff with that arrow because they fly erratic, hitting a bird in the side with an arrow is ALOT easier than hitting on in the neck.....

thats awesome! I agree with logan. hunting turkeys with a bow is hard. even if you hit them alot of times they fly and you lose an arrow and cant find the bird.

 

Every one of my turkey have been head shot. That broadhead is not legal here for a few reasons. But mostly due to the construction.

I have never needed more than a 100gn Thunderhead on ACC shafts for everything from grouse to elk.
