WASHINGTON (AP) -- Congressional leaders announced a deal with the White House Thursday on an economic stimulus package that would give most tax filers refunds of $600 to $1,200, and more if they have children.

Now if it would warm up enough to get my old tires and rims cleaned up so I can get them sold, along with this tax money then I guess I could finally get that Smarty I want.

Forgot a small detail here. This is assuming that the wife doesn't hear about this tax plan. If she does all my tax plannin don't mean squat.
