This same scum tried to buy an exhaust system from me 2 weeks ago. He sent me an E-Check and tried to get me to ship it before the check cleared. 3 days later the check didn't clear.

That CAT stack was mine. I sent it after paypal payment was posted but pending. Payment was cancelled. Now he has my stack and assured me he was sending a money order but its been almost two weeks. I think he may feel safe because I live in Az, but Im from Texas and heading home next month. His house is less than an hour from where I will be.

Apparently he tried to buy a turbo and downpipe off of cumminsforum and they figured him out. He acts like he doesn't know why. He was asking me various questions that could have been easily searched. The questions stopped after I told him to SEARCH.

Well good to know you have a legit tracking number. I dont WANT to not be able to trust folks. I have made so many purchases off DTR and every single one worked out. I hate bashing on folks but when it comes to my money, you cant jerk me around. He has told me if I dont get payment by tomorrow then he will pay me through paypal since his account is unlocked. Im good with that for now. Not too worried since I know his name and address, plus Ill be in his neck of the woods here real soon.

Alright I suggest calling his cell phone number I listed and leaving a message of who you are what you bought or sold and telling you need your money or parts or whatever back and say I need an answer today or the sheriff is being contacted. That number is listed in this thread as well along with his name and address.
