Want to make a pie that tasts like Mom made it with out it taking all day. Here ya go very easy tastes like heaven ask DM or DMbro.

Raspberry or Blackberry Pie

First go to the store and buy Pillsbury rolled pie crust usually it is in the eggs and butter isel. here is a pick to make it even easier for you Attachment 495

Next buy a (16oz.) 1 lb. bag of frozen Raspberry's or Blackberry's. Leave the berries in the frig the night before you plan to bake the pie so they will thaw.

Now your ready to bake.
Follow the directions on the pie crust package.
While the crusts are warming to room tempeture start on the berries.

-Drain all the extra juice off.
-place in a large bowl
-Add 1 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup flour
-Mix well
-Preheat the oven to 425*
-Put the pie crust into th pie pan and fill with the berries
-Cover with the second crust
-get a fork and press around the edges of the crust with the end of the fork that you eat with
to seal it.
-Cut 3 3in. slits in the top of the crust to let it vent.
-Bake on a cookie sheet at 425* 35-45 min. or until juice starts to bubble through the slits.
- Let it cool before you cut it so the filling can set up.

I know it looks like a lot but it is really easy to do. I think It takes longer to type it than to acually make it.lol
