Rubbery floormat material
1 Attachment(s)
My truck needs new floors material. I don't really want carpet, I don't want bare sheetmetal, I don't want anything that's going to trap water under it, and I don't want to put a permanent liner in it.
At some point in my life, I've seen thick, tough rubbery material that's put together like a scotchbrite pad. So it's a thick mat of rubber pulled into a scouring pad texture; tough, but it'll breathe. Anybody know what I'm talking about? McMaster-Carr doesn't have the stuff, so I'm lost. Or what else can I use? |
If you are near an O'Reilly auto parts, we carry cut to fit dynamat that works great.

I've never seen a rubber mat that is made like those pads.
I have seen rubber floor mats for wet locations that are perforated and have a grid and are textured. I think American Floor mats was the name of the company. You may want to look for a perforated TPO because that will be thinner. I know that Spartech of California is a manufacturer of TPO sheet materials. |
Roll-on bed liner. Seen it used in a few buddies Jeeps. You can hose the stuff off of it.
