Be sure that your birth date is listed in your User CP/Profile and contact any staff member via PM.

They gave me a password a while back but there is no place to put it in.

Cougar you have to put your date of birth in your profile, then you scroll down to the bad lands & click on badlands it will ask you for your password. The badlands will be worth the effort

If your not getting the password window, then you need to check your birth date in the User CP to ensure it is listed. Password or no password, the system will not let you in without this date to verify your age.
