how can i convert allof my itunes m4p files to mp3s??

i did not reaze that itunes used formats that were unsuable with other programers

I think you pretty much screwed yourself over when you ripped your cd's into mp4 format. You probably have to remove the songs and Rip them over again as mp3's.
