Guys, that is not the new Camero. That is the Chevrolet Volt.

alaskaflyer 01-04-2008 07:46 PM

Not a bad looking car, never heard of the volt before

It looked like the Camaro to me, but the interior is out there! I hope they look a little more catchy when they release them!

no need for spy shots the new camero was all over transformers.. huh unkey bub ;)

I have seen the new camaro at several auto events here in Houston over the last year. I don't recall the interior looking like that exactly. It is possible they changed it to what is in those pictures. My guess is that those pics might have been early pics when they were really trying to mimic the late 60's camaros and did so with the interior as well. The ones I have seen have a more modern interior which would make sense to be the lastest design. The retro look is a bit cool, but came out pretty bad so a change would be in order. I have my fingers crossed that GM doesn't screw this one up.

I think that one in the spy photos is fugly. Why leave the sides of the dash open like that?

Me too because I'm hoping that they'll bring back my beloved Trans Am :U:

Chevy can have their Camaro.

Pontiac can have their GTO.

Oldsmobile is dead.

GMC's nuts have been cut off.

Buick needs to build a limited production rear drive coupe, paint it black, slap the GN emblems on it again and kick the rest of corporate's backsides before the powers-that-be make them kill the project again, just like every other time they've tried to build a fast car......:w2:
