Awsome Customer Service
 

I got myself a TOMTOM One 3rd Edition GPS for Christmas. Awsome Product!!! There was a bad batch of them shipped out that when you turn it off then back on it will not come on until you hit the reset button. I called TOMTOM the day after Christmas and they sent me a Fedex packing slip to send mine back in and then they would send me a brand new one. I havent had a chance to send my old one back but was going to get it done Friday. Well a package arrived today from TOMTOM. They went ahead and sent me a new TOMTOM before I even sent this one back. Now thats Customer Service. You dont find service like that much anymore. Just wanted to let you guys know my experience with TOMTOM.

Thats pretty sweet! I woulda bought a GPS this year also if I weren't planning on putting one in the dash! :)

Good to hear.

Glad to see that there are other businesses out there that like to take care of the customer. I was looking at getting a GPS.. and I think tomtom will be the first place I look now.
