shrink a gif image?

I want to change my avatar and it is 29.8 and the cut off is 29.3.
how do I shrink it so it fits?

put it into photo bucket and you can resize it there!

If you have it saved to your computer or save it to your desk top you should be able to just right click on the picture and then choose the "edit" option that comes up. That should bring up the re-size option.

yeah but that turns it into a jpeg and not a GIF.

There you go again tryin to make things hard. I just got left and right click figured out and you wanna throw out baby names for rich kids. Jpeg, Biff, Gif and Buff.:map::map:
