quads??

okay guys, i know we have a bunch of diesel bombers, but do we have any ATV bombers? im workin on getting a polaris outlaw 525 independent rear suspension, an 2008 model. i need some help on finding websites that are good!!!

i have an outlaw 500 n i love it. i havent looked in a while, but i was never really able to find much in the way of aftermarket for the polaris motor. yours should be easier to find stuff for bein a KTM motor. gotta love that pro IRS. i think polaris screwed up makin them straight axel... i can rip thru the trails wayyyy better than my old z400. plus on the track, i think it hooks alot better thru the turns :tu:

Independent sucks for MX. Instead of sliding, you're rolling over. Probably why no one uses it.

I used to play with quads a LOT, until this expensive diesel habit got in the way. I will have another one eventually.

Here's the last two builds we did. An 04 450R and an 05 450R.

Here's the 04 I helped build for my buddy. Motor was stock bore/stock stroke. 14:1 stg3 hotcam, curtis sparks exhaust UNI filter. Motor made 48hp on stock head and stock carb. We added a full race port HRE head after but never got it back on a dyno. Built the whole bike from the ground up. This was a Long Travel bike with JB racing arms/swinger, TCS shocks up front, Axis rear (standard travel rear, but extended)

Here's some of my 05 I built. This was more of a budget build. More of a mild motor, just 12:1, HRC cam, Nmotion exhaust and the usual supporting mods. This was a standard travel bike, with C&D rebuilds all around. Houser arms.

I don't go fast, but I can go almost anywhere with my ATV:humm:

If you hit anything with enough speed, you'll make it through! haha. I will be buying a 4x4 quad before I get another racer for sure. I do both, but MX was my primary source of fun for a while. Just don't catch air on a 4x4 like you can with one of them.

When a 4x4 ATV catches air & they come down, they tend to bounce around & flip:s:

I have a Honda 400EX bored to a 440- don't have much money to spend on it but I love to ride. I raced this past weekend (6 races over 2 nights) as the only girl in the race and came out 1st twice, 2nd twice, broke down once and some guy lost control in front of me and we wrecked the other time. Had a good time though.
