Turkey Day Leftovers!

I love leftovers.. I made two of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten.. Wheat bread, mayo, warmed up turkey and stuffing between the two pieces of bread :) YUMMMY. What do you do with your leftovers?

Curry is a spice. My mother makes Turkey curry with the leftovers every year. I love it!
