maybe a turbo lost in mail??

so i sold a turbo to a guy to nebraska, i shipped it out the day i received the payment, bout 2 weeks ago, he texted me and told me he hasnt gotten it, and the lady at the post office didnt put the tracking stuff on it, so should i believe this guy or not? i sold it to a guy off another diesel page,

It's a suck deal, but if you value your reputability it's gonna be hard not to refund him. Never ship anything without insurance and tracking unless your willing to eat the purchase price. You probably saved what, maybe $3 or $4 dollars by not using tracking on the package.

There is no good answer to this one, but most all of us have been there.

but i did pay for it, i showed the lady my receipt, but the other lady didnt punch it in to the computer so it didnt happen,

If you can show it paid for on the receipt then it sounds like a problem for the post office. Argue that one right up to the local post master.

sounds like the lady stole it. argue it. if you payed for a service and they didnt provide it i'd say they are to blame

If you paid for a service that they did not provide, blame is on them. Always pay for insurance and delivery confirmation on larger purchases like this.
