I Guess This Goes Here

I forgot to tell you guys that coming home from the Okanagan I just about crashed the diesel, i went side ways to the right then to the left and gotter back on the road somewhere in the middle, in the meantime there were about 8 deer on the corner i had to dodge... i did it and made it out with out a scratch, but as i drove further down the road there was this ford , half off the road and in the ditch, hanging onto the sholder. i was a bit freaked out and still in shock and never stopped to see if there was anyone in there.
then on the way back up there we drove past the same truck 7 hours later with ambulances and search and rescue and two cop cars. the guy had suffered a heartattack and died..... i feel shittly cause i might have been able to help him...

thanks whit, but i still feel like i shoulda stopped,. guilty...

dont feel guilty, coulda, woulda, shoulda, never got anyone anywhere, be glad your still alive, he most likely gone when you went by, and being out in the middle of no where, ambulance response time is probably nil, so dont fret over it, be glad you made it safely home. i missed a good friend of mine dieing by about 45 minutes, i didnt stop in town after coming home from the race track on saturday night, he was leaving a buddies house, if i woulda stopped in town i would of been the first person on the scene, i still wouldnt of been able to save him though, its one of those things that happen, when its your time, my time, anyone's time, nothing you say or do will stop it from happening.

Chances are if you were really shook up from your near miss you might have been to shaken to help him even if you did stop. It's OK, Jenn. I don't it's important that we help everyone we just, just those that we can when we can. You couldn't this time.

I've been on enough of these type of calls to know the dude was prolly already dead by the time you saw the truck......don't fret over it.
