Sounds like this all started over a month ago.

give him a chance to explain if no response then lynch him

I wish I could find that thread on DTR but it went something like this I will keep looking over ther but this sounds right on the money

i sent him a check which he agreed to ship once the check cleared. so he dont send them right away. after a couple days he claims to have been in a bad accident and in really bad shape. that was a month a go.someone claiming to be a friend of his sent me a pm through his account saying he will make good on the deal. now i notice frequent activity on his account but he wont return my messages

Given the amount of information available on the internet these days, I would think it would be easy to research then raise the mob. Sadly, I doubt people get much past the pissed off and "raise the pitchforks" stage.

If anyone can prove he has been on this site or viewing something other than the index, I retract my statements.

I wasw PMing him on a truck or a turbo at one point and I got the same story about the accident so it may be legit

i think an admin needs to pm him about this or do like they did on DTR make a call to them boys in blue

yep and in a situation like this I know some of you say "lets see what he says first" BUT....

what would you do

1. Wait and find out you did get screwed and now because you waited there is nothing you can do?

or

2. Start the correct process and then find out the guy is legit then stop the process?

and if the guy truly is hurt or whatever and makes it right then thats awesome and I respect him for that but sometimes its better to go into defensive mode right off the bat when its on the NET of if you have been screwed before

and if people have sent him PMS they turn green and sometimes pop up when you log on or switch pages so there is NO excuse he has yet to see this thread

and if it was me and I was truly trying/going to make this right I would be posting here to save my name

Sorry to see it but this may be a lesson. Always use Paypal and dont trust anyone. I have been burnt here before as well.
