my phone is broke
 

does any one know any thing about phones i have a boost i465 it says insert sim i have turned it on and off a millon times and cleaned off the sim card nothing works any suggstions other than using my boot to fix it :argh: sorrey for the double post

Use an art eraser ..... specifically an art eraser.

These don't leave a film behind when you use them to clean the gold contacts on the SIM. Usually in the shape of a small cube and can be had at any decent arts and crafts store or an art supply store.

If you can't find one, use a clean pencil eraser and then clean with a Q-Tip and some 90% rubbing alcohol.




If this doesn't work, there is a change the phone and/or SIM are damaged.
