well a lot of the lifted ones in Ocala...are rich kids...now Pedro, Weirsdale, Summerfield those are good ole boys. Midnight Rodeo gets crazy every now and then. Ocala sucks though.

ill take my ohio weather over florida's weather any day :bat: besides, what is a winter without snow??? |
a winter of working outside and going to truck pulls in the dead of winter and wearing a flannel shirt, yeah there are alot of "rednecks", or "country" people, those tards grew up in the suburbs and they think cause their dad worked at a orange grove they are hardcore country, most have never been on anything bigger than a john deere lawn mower, and all this john deere crap they sell to these city kids just pisses me off, I HATE JOHN DEERE
NOW BACK TO WHAT I WAS SAYING, as much driving as i do here in florida, i have seen no wild animals, no hogs, deer, bear, turkey, alligator, or anything, hell in ohio the wildlife comes right up to the back porch or front yard to say hi..... |

I don't know how often get to Sarasota but if you get off I-75 at University and go east you run right into "Lakewood Ranch". It's an area that was mostly entirely owned by the Schmidt's brewery family until they sold a bunch off for development. Go driving around back in there around dusk and you'll see plenty of hogs, deer and maybe a good sized kitty. My parents manage a mini storage down there and that property backs up to wetlands and a reserve/refuge kind of thing. There's always critters running around when . When I was down last all the fancy people in Lakewood were all wound up because the hogs were coming in at night and rooting through the freshly laid sod for worms. A few people got up the next morning and they basically had NO lawn left. lol. These are 4, 5, 6 hundred thousand dollar homes too. |
