Anyones dogs scared of the mower
 

Kind of random but my labs freak out when the zero turn gets near them and I was just wondering if my dogs were retarded or just pussies. Any thoughts :w2:

Mine attacks the vacuum cleaner she tore the little rubber bumper off of it one day lol

They could be a little of both. Nether one of mine are scared of the mower until I quit mowing because they know there about to be chased with it. Hey whats the fun of having dogs if you don't get to torment them from time to time.

My lab walks right behind me when I mow, line for the line the whole lawn :D funny stuff her paws even turn green from the grass... But on that note she hates the blower

I have a Border Collie/ Australian Shepherd crossbreed.

A few years ago I was mowing the lawn and accidentally sucked up one of his little stuffed animals and it exploded. I felt awful.

Since then whenever anybody mows he runs in front of the mower and picks up or pushes toys, balls or frisbees out of the way so they won't get mowed too. Pretty cool, really.

Mower vs Labs
 

My lab just lays in the next row as you mow. so when i turn around, i'm headed right for her. I tell her to move and she jumps up and move into the next path, Dumb dog. It's like that every time now for the past 3 years. She is papered as a yellow, but is white w/ a carmel strip down her back.

ive got a pit that will chase the mower down a cattle dog that will try to herd me into a corner for the pit to attack and a lab that runs like mad when the thing starts. so im all over the place with this one

we've got a mini and full size aussie that both hate the mower the mini tries to grab the tires and the full size just runs and hides. He is just a big pussy. he hides from water also

sorry to tell ya but if its a lab...its just plain retarded.......anyway mine is.....she's scared of everything...my retreiver aint scared of nothing but the welder now.....dummy stood there the other day and i did'nt see him.....cought his hair on fire:scare2: ......then had to chase him down with a bucket of water:s:

My dogs are physiologically effected by my lawn mower,

They hear the motor ... they have to poop , and you can bet your ass, its going to be where you have yet to mow
