Draft Beer
Anyone try the new Home Draft Kegs? Ive tried both the Coors Light and Miller Light and there both excellent. They say they will stay fresh for 30 days after you Tap them but I cant make one last that long. I kept my Miller Light one for 16 days and it was as fresh as it was the day I Tapped it. It contains 1.5 Gallons and there around $19 at WalMart.

Are these like the 5 litre mini kegs of Heineken and New Castle that have been around for a while?
I haven't seen the miller lite ones, I'd be all over that.... |

Never saw them. Headed camping this weekend, wish me luck Luke, hopefully the manifold and turbo hold up to the 5th wheel. I'll have to stop at wally world and pick one of these up.

I tried the Miller Lite keg. It was alright but I still prefer bottles over anything else. How the hell did you manage to make 1.5 gallons last 16 days.:humm: Were you gone?:pca1: Here is a link to them. Miller Home Draft | North America

I wanted to see how it would taste after a few weeks. I finished drinking the cans I had left.
