To Clean Up Oil Spill

This was just sent to me

Hey.. no HAY …….Two Mississippi Certified Rednecks to the rescue!!!!!!

These guys work for CW Roberts, big contractor in Walton County , Florida .

They have just received contract to do the “HAY THING” for all the 26 miles of Walton County, Florida beaches including Sandestin..

They start off shore with tug boats and barges spreading or blowing the hay over the oil.

If this works it will make Janet Neapolitan, or whatever her name is, and the EPA look silly.

I don't even want to know what it's gonna cost me to feed animals if they actually did this. Over the course of the last 5 years my cost on rounds bales has gone all the way from a low of $22 each to a high of over $100 each when you could find em. This last year they were finally back down to about $40 each. Now if this takes off I'll just have to open the gates and send them critters on they're merry way.:dang::dang:

I might have to bring you some bubba if it hits that $100 mark again ,you can buy it here anytime for around $15 to 20

OK, what are they gonna do with the oil soaked material?? :humm:

HAYMAFIA 05-19-2010 09:12 PM

this is a coincidence. me and some of my buddies were talking about this yesterday. guess we can bale up some wheat straw and send it there way. but as dumb as the government is there prolly blowing alfalfa out there. hay is hay right.

wildbill 05-19-2010 09:14 PM

Ya and some buddies ought to take control over the sales and transfer of the hay. Be like a hay mafia.

It's only 2700 miles, hell ship me down a few loads of it. I'd love to get some good hay this year. I live in prime farm ground but I haven't seen a good round bale in years around here. The few farms that actuallyhave the premium stuff ship it all up to Wisconsin for then damn milkin cows. It's just been so wet around here for some years that the hay never dries out right after it's cut and ends up gettin rained on.
